I have been using Dr. Kristen and her team for my dog for several years. I am extremely happy with their service. They are all professional and kind.
Our family has trusted Homeward bound, Dr Vance, and her entire team with the well being and lives of our fur children since we first moved to Maryland 10 years ago. Every single experience, from routine care, to holding our hands while our loved ones crossed the Rainbow Bridge has been a positive and affirming experience. Recently, my 4-yr old cat became suddenly & seriously ill. Dr. Vance & Dr. Morrison, along with the entire staff at Homeward Bound went above & beyond the call of duty to help him. My cat, Petals, had such a great experience with Dr. Kristen Vance and her staff with Homeward Bound Mobile Vet - and so did I. Petals was so comfortable walking all over the counters and she even jumped from one counter to the next, "checking things out" so nonchalantly. She enjoyed looking out of the window in the van too; it seemed to make her more comfortable. Dr. Vance and her staff are very friendly. Highly recommended. Great to schedule surgery. Pet waits at home and is home immediately. Much less stress for everyone. Great for vet phobia. No waiting just walk out the truck and they can see home out the window. Very knowledgeable and great service. Great with pets.
I have been using Homeward Bound for over 4 years. Dr. Kristan Vance is an excellent Vet and truly cares about our animals. They have an excellent staff. I love that they come to us. When I had an emergency with my dog Katie she came to take care of her right away. I love that before she will refer us to someone they have to earn her trust.
