The caregiver deserves 5 stars however the agency deserves 1. A contract was never signed or provided prior to services and the charges incurred were higher than what we thought was agreed to. The owner said she explained the charges thoroughly but obviously did not since there was confusion on our part. A suggestion would be to make sure you get a contract signed and explained before agreeing to services so you can see everything in writing.
