I would recommend anyone needing to sell a home quick to work with Jeff Larson at Homeward Bound. My mother-in-law fell ill and had a home that was in disrepair and we needed to sell it quick to get her money to go to an apartment where she could take care of herself without house maint. Working with Jeff Larson was great. I was selling my deceased parents home I was raised in, which was difficult. Jeff was very compassionate and understanding. We agreed to a price. Jeff gave me the time needed to go through the 67 years of family heirlooms, etc. in the house. I could not be more pleased with how easy this transaction went.
