Working with Homebound Manager / Landlord is in great detail and the Land Lord's experience provided, shows equality for all and a Ethical Experience for The Senior Citizens. Solidarity and treating disabled and elders fairly is a plus for them and all other residence. The Paper work goes smoothly if one takes resonsibility and works toward their goals to becoming a part of thr Home Bound Community.
I have lived here going on 7 months now. I have found it to be fairly quiet....in comparison to other apartments I've lived in. Yes, there has been an issue with homeless people breaking in to sleep at night, but it has been handled.....through arrests....etc. There is a homeless shelter nearby (but not next door) its approximately 1 mile away.
