The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Lucca had a wonderful bedside manner and very easy to talk to! The facility was very clean and I loved that the examination rooms, they had things for my two boys, Jackpine and Toby, (cats) to keep themselves busy with. There were a few cat climbers for them to play on and the cat nip on the floor was an awesome extra touch? I felt that pricing was very reasonable, especially with two cats. Thank you again Dr. Lucca and the Homeward Bound staff for all you do ❤
Dr Lucca and her entire staff at Homeward Bound are my absolute favorite vet clinic! I have never felt more comfortable with my pets care than with Dr Lucca. Dr Lucca takes care of my 3 cats and 1 is diabetic. I feel completely comfortable asking questions and taking my cats to her for all of their needs. They are kind, patient, funny, loving and caring people who genuinely care about animals! I appreciate them being my new vet home!! Thank you Dr Lucca and your wonderful staff!! Mulby sends head butts!!
I brought my shy rescue dog here and the staff were all incredible! They were super patient and did everything they could to make my dog feel comfortable. In addition, I really appreciated how clear the costs were of everything and the visit summary they emailed me after the appointment. Overall a great clinic!
A rare find in today’s world. Top notch service and people.
They got us in right after we arrived, very professional.
