I have a German Shepherd - need I say more? Diesel had a bad experience with a Veterinary Clinic and was told he had to be sedated any time he came in to that clinic. Not with Dr Lucca!! Diesel has had the best appointments of his life with Dr Lucca and staff. He is still somewhat anxious however no sedation and he takes treats afterwards. We will be going back for as long as Diesel is around - big kudos to the team at Homeward Bound Animal Clinic!!!
Amazing experience each time I go there! They always make sure my two cats are comfortable! They have amazing and supportive staff 😊 my cat enjoys the vibe they have in their room while waiting for the doctor with their different toys, cat trees, and cat scratchers ❤️
We had a great experience here with our cat. The staff were pleasant to deal with, and the vet was very caring, gentle and thorough with our cat. We’re definitely coming back with our other cat.
Homeward Bound was an extremely positive experience. Appointment was made without a long wait, examination and information provided was perfect. I would highly recommend Homeward Bound to anyone who also appreciates a very clean, friendly veterinarian.
I went to Dr. Lucca as soon as Homeward Bound opened and I loved it right away. My cat prefers male vets but he doesn't mind Dr. Lucca. He had a huge health scare last year and her team were there whenever I needed it. A quick call and they would squeeze us in. I always joke that we should have gotten a frequent flyer card but the prices are good enough I don't need one.
