Low ball offer, it was like selling something to a pawn shop. Homevestors claimed "We rehab all of our houses, this one does not have a garage. Before we sell your property we would need to build a garage and need to leave room in the budget for the expenses." Property was sold for $25K above market value when Homevestors resold the property. (faked a down payment like a used car dealer does ?)
