Horrible service
Sheena Tesoro very kindly took the time to help us end the contract early and made sure that we received the deposit back in a timely manner.
Sheena at home vault is great! We just started providing property maintenance for them and are happy to help landlords and tenants keep up on the homes managed by HomeVault.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are on top of it with maintenance request. My biggest issue is no leeway for rent. Most companies give you 5 days before charging late fees and they do not. Other than that, great management company to work with.
