Emma was very polite & efficient. Very professional. Carried out her tasks efficiently & quitely. Overall very positive experience.
Did not see the technician applying what ever he did today. There is no explanation on the sign as to what was done, nor the date it was done, so if the sign is left on the lawn for a few days it explains nothing. I as the homeowner don’t know what service was done- was it fertilizer? Was it weed control? Was it seeding? I am not impressed.
Zachery completed the liquid arreation and seeding today - Very pleasant and personable - great ambassador for your firm!!
