Heartless customer service. Hometurf came after my 89 year old father for services completed after he had moved. He was a customer for years and this is the way he was treated. Yearly we would get a notice in the mail to sign up for next years lawn services. Somehow this was moved to an automatic renewal, which we had no idea about! Hometurf kept calling about payment but we advised them that we were not paying for services we never ordered! So disappointing...they sent it to collections...would not recommend.
They do a good job with my lawn . It always looks good. They are very good company to deal with.
This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with. I cancelled my service last year, and this year started getting automated phone calls for monies outstanding for this year - zero invoices, zero emails nothing. I repeatedly called their office (almost 8-10 times), asking to speak to a manager and have not had ONE call back. No manager was ever available either. I’ve had one of the most frustrating experiences ever with Hometurf. In 2024, their service was already a joke — teenagers showed up, skipped the backyard, and spent maybe a minute on the front lawn before leaving. That’s when I decided I was done. At the end of March 2025, I called a few times and even filled out their contact form online to cancel for the upcoming season. I made it very clear I didn’t want to continue.
