Truly astounding how incompetent this company seems to be. We placed an order for lawn aeration in the fall of 2023 and were told to expect the service in spring of 2024. Upon contacting them in spring 2024, they informed us that the service had ended for that season and to expect it in spring 2025. Needless to say, the aeration has still not occurred.
