I would not even give one star, but you have to choose at least one to get the review posted. I cannot express enough my disappointment with the customer service at this company. I ordered a double French-opening front door unit. One of the glass pieces was put in backwards, so the glass did not mirror each other. When I brought this up and was trying to work through a resolution, they threatened me if I did not pay in 24 hours. A full house of Marvin Replacement windows were installed in 2009 and 2010. This review is late in coming. The windows and installation were superb and still look as good as when they were installed. Last Saturday I was washing them and ran into a problem. One call to Hometowne and I was talked through the fix. I'm an arthritic 70 yr. old and couldn't wrangle the window back in place. Replaced our front storm door and could not be more pleased with HomeTowne's efforts here. A quality installation of a quality product done on time and on budget. I do recommend them highly!!!!
