The receptionist and manager are rude and very dismisdive. Housekeeping and maintenance don't understand or speak English. They over charge for made up/unnecessary reasons. Find any reason, even lies to not refund your deposit.

Let’s start from the top. 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 I booked a handicap accessible king room due to mobility issues, paid for in advance via Priceline. We get to the hotel around 3:30pm, a half hour AFTER check in. Everything went well, all documents were signed and my boyfriend and myself went up to our room. Do not bother booking a room here. Dirty, smelly and sketchy. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Thee absolute worst.. 🪳 roaches everywhere stained sheets and towels the staff is very rude. My key card kept deactivating. Someone got hurt there really bad. They said they had a pool. It was shut down. The nicest place is the front lobby. I would never recommend anyone to stay there. Oh yeah they say that same line to everyone who says anything about the roaches. I was there for 3 months and never had I seen an exterminator ever. If they did exterminate the problem wouldn't be so bad.
