Not well maintained. I would not stay there again if I have a choice. Not the worse that I’ve seen.
Absolutely disgusting. I cannot bare this place i am so ready to get out. I’ve been here since April and it’s currently June, there are roaches absolutely everywhere. It is unbelievable and disgusting. When i first got here i noticed that there was blood on the lamp! You heard me. The lamp. It is insane. This has to be the nastiest motel room i have ever stayed in. Red Roof inn, I really hope I can get some type of refund or something. I cannot stand this. It is actually absurd in my opinion.
Them versus the customer attitude. Was told multiple times the more upset the customer is the less they help. I was lied to multiple times over various aspects of my stay. Antagonized by the front clerk to check out without a refund. "Go ahead and check out anytime" she repeated this to me multiple times in an antagonizing way, but they won't refund any prepaid days not used. I had to stay here for four months. The staff was pleasant very helpful. I didn’t have any problems with them, and if I had any type of problems I would refer to them and the front desk it would be taken care of. I would recommend this for a family they need a place to stay.
