Front desk rude place smells and the sheets were yellow but we're supposed to be white. Checked in June 5 asked for refund they refunded my deposit won't refund the 320 for the two days I was supposed to stay there. Place was to nasty!!! This is the response I get from you all to work with the parent company red roof inn when I do they offered redi points like I would stay at a red roof again. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels over my lifetime, and I’ve never understood why Hometown Studios/Red Roof properties can be so hit or miss. They always seem to fall into one of two categories: either really good or really disappointing. In my experience, a lot of that comes down to management. Unfortunately, this location leaned toward the disappointing side. The front desk staff came across as impatient and didn’t seem to provide much in the way of customer service. I give this place 0 stars. I traveled 9 hours from out of state for my family's graduation. Upon checking in the front desk clerk was rude and impatient. She hardly spoke English and was extremely dismissive. She made us pay for the whole stay upon check in who does that? We got to the room, there were stained sheet bugs in the bathtub bugs on the bed and bugs in the sink. The smell was horrendous. There were homelss people living there. The receptionist and manager are rude and very dismisdive. Housekeeping and maintenance don't understand or speak English. They over charge for made up/unnecessary reasons. Find any reason, even lies to not refund your deposit.
