At first, I only had good things to say. Good location, clean rooms. But I was charged twice for my room due to needing to change my card on file. I was told that it was refunded and was provided a receipt. Well it’s going on two months and I have yet to receive the refund. I’m out $470 vs the original $236 that I paid. Now, the hotel will not answer the phone. I think I was given a fake receipt with the refund. Was going to stay again but after this, I will not.
Elevators Broken. But I wasn't Told about that until I had Already Paid for the room and put my stuff on a cart to take up in the elevator. So now employees gotta lug my bags up and down to the 3rd floor🤦♂️. Could have told me when I asked to reserve that the elevator is down.
This locations gives you misinformation when it comes to check out not a pleasant experience they not as as they seem to be HORRIBLE!!!!!
