The staff was great but the beds were uncomfortable. The mattress was uneven and any time we moved the springs and the bed would make a loud noise. We had to spray the room several times with deodorizer to get rid of the smoke smell. The shower head had 2 settings and the water did not come out even.

Safe, close to stores and puyallup fair, very clean, quiet, safe parking and walks, employees are very kind and hospitable, housekeepers are amazing and work so hard. My family & I love it here. Especially with all our 10 month old , we feel safe and able to go for walks and sleep peacefully.

I've paid for 3 nights. I'm leaving after one. Dirty bed sheets. Gross shower. Hair in the bathroom sink. Almost no noise insulation while being near train tracks. I can hear the other guests with alarming clarity. The refrigerator in the room generates a nice almost scream that's great at waking people up in the night. The front desk team were very friendly. That's the only nice thing I can say about this place.

Nighttime management can't seem to keep the people that are staying here under control and quiet when people are trying to sleep Never stayed in a place that was this loud. And I've traveled for years
