All I can say is STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! I stay at low budget hotels all the time and have never had a problem until this place. I paid for three nights but checked out after two, canceling before checkout time. A staff member confirmed I would be reimbursed for the unused night and told me to contact the manager in a couple of days to process it. Maria is the best ever! The rest of the staff is top notch as well. Every room I have been in is clean, all in working order. If you need a room with the best wifi make sure you ask to be closest to elevator!!!!! I would definitely come back here if I need to be in Bentonville!
Lots of flies in the rom, smelled of smoke, tv wouldn't connect.
