I was at the Studio Extended Stay in Spokane Valley for 7 nights straight. The staff was awesome, and so we're the other tenants around who were long term. I definitely will consider again when I'm on the road!

They lived up to their name Hometown Suites. I fely right at home. The front desk was so warm and helpful and the rooms were bright and spacious. A perfect place for families and a lone traveler like me coming from very far away.

The staff was extremely rude, lied to us about needing to get into our room and when we tried to extend our stay after talking with the corporate office lied and said we could not stay. They should all be fired and replaced with people who actually know hospitality.

⭐️ 1 STAR — Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I checked into this hotel and immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe. There were people hanging around the property who made the entire environment feel extremely sketchy. I did not feel safe staying here. When I entered the room, it was even worse. I took pictures of the condition of the room, including dirty linens and an overall run-down, poorly maintained room. This was not a room I was willing to sleep in.
