This place is so nasty they have roaches bad stove don't work rooms look disgusting has mildew over the ceiling you have poisonous spiders all over this hotel outside in in and it's crazy... I will never ever stay at this place again or any company dealing with them and I will tell everyone that do not stay at this company due to its poor conditions
Thank you Mrs. Sandy for such a wonderful experience. A trip that started in disaster she turned it around for my husband and I. Yes they have roaches but rooms are extremely clean and the staff are wonderful. I got a free therapy session lol I really thank you Mrs. Sandy you should become a therapist. We will definitely return.
Since me and my family have been here since July we have had nothing but kindness extended to us. The staff here are very nice and compassionate. I really want to give a shout out to Tarhy from front desk. She is so awesome. She is patient, kind, compassionate and very very professional. She made my daughter, who is autistic, feel very welcome and comfortable. That means alot. I have never seen her upset with any guest. She really knows her stuff and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Tarhy is a rock star
DO NOT book here unless you want to sleep with the roaches. There were roaches everywhere. Even a dead roach in the tub when I entered the room! Couldn’t even shower here!! The floor was gross and dirty, the towels had stains on them, the fridge had rust all over it…and when I requested a refund, the manager refused to give it. How is the place still in business?! I’m calling the health department.
