The WiFi could be a bit better, and the showers in the bathroom could use a touch up, also pest control not a big fan of bugs😅

I would like to express my gratitude for the staff and being here for me in any moment’s notice and their professionalism on handing any matter. John, the maintenance man is outstanding along with Bri the manager and Cheyenne the Nighttime manager and Jessie the nighttime security guard. I can’t say enough about the Staff here. It’s a very comfortable stay and very quiet cleanliness inconvenience. Thank you all. Keep up the great work!

Immediate Checkout Due to Unacceptable Conditions and Failure to Issue Refund Please DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked a one-night stay at this hotel through Expedia for October 31st, checking out on November 1st. I vacated the premises within the first 30 minutes of checking in due to immediately discovering severe and unacceptable cleanliness and maintenance issues. There were many cockroaches in the rooms; we asked for another room and it was the same, with cockroaches.

Do not book here. Traveled all the way from South America to here for a conference. Paid for my room and showed up, was told at front desk there are no rooms available. Now I’m scrambling at 10:30 pm at night trying to get a reservation. Unacceptable. -0 stars if I could.
