Very bad experience with this company. Rented a room for two nights, found the room bed sheets,mattress, and walls not cleaned.The mattresses had piss stains and sheets.Went downstairs and reported pictures we had of proof bad linen the guy refused to give refund. Tried to give a partial refund instead of full because we wound up not staying a night there.Well, I got my whole refund after contacting my bank for$257.94.They also had a bug problem their cable didn't work either.Do not stay here you will be very disappointed in... read more
Service was great, love the kiosk. Room smaller than expected but ok for the price.Smeet was also very friendly and communicated the checkout process clearly and efficiently.
Great stay for the price , peaceful sleep with no disturbances. Max’s warm smile and humor at check-in brightened our tired day.
