If I could give a negative five stars for this place I would. Some friends had booked a reservation for this location, who drove through the night to come see me from several states away. They were explicitly reassured on the phone that their room was still secured if they were to arrive late due to traffic in NY. Upon reaching the destination the front desk told they were a no-show. Told us we could check in at 1:30am due to being stuck in traffic. Arrive at the property to be told we are considered no shows and our room is no longer available. We are now stranded in CT at 2am with no place to stay.

Good location. Otherwise, stay away, falling apart. Lousy maintenance, no hot water in sink. Sketchy neighbours and neighbourhood.

First I was scared because of the lock in the window like that then the strong smell of cigarette I call lady front desk she was really nice lady she switch my room and then I think it will get better and it doesn’t the other smells bad to and the heater did not work I called for a refund they told me no because I didn’t say anything in the front bout it even though I called the night before to let them know the situation of the rooms .
