First off, the front desk service was awesome. No problem there. Room was awful. Run down and needs many improvements. Went to get more towels in time to come back to see a tweeker trying to break into our room. Was a member of a family who apparently got kicked out earlier due to non-payment. So didn't get to leave and enjoy louisville while staying
Our stay was horrible We had to kill roaches when we arrived The next morning we found a disgusting wig under the sink Also the website says they are pet friendly They aren't They are just kidding No pets Definitely don't go here
