Management here is a joke and should be fired immediately. They believe it necessary to vandalize people's vehicles with large stickers that don't come off and threaten with tow just for backing into a parking spot. There was no mention of this at check in and there is no signage up that indicates this unreasonable dictation of parking. The manager should be terminated as he obviously doesn't care about customer retention. DO NOT GO HERE!!! For starters we check in and get room 243 and immediately we walk in and there’s bugs on the floor and in the restrooms. I go to the front and let them know and get moved to 143 and low and behold bugs again… I go and speak with the front desk and request a full refund because I will not and do not feel comfortable staying in a room with bugs. I get told that the manager will deal with it tomorrow and maybe I’ll get a refund maybe I won’t. I let them know that I would like to speak to a manager immediately ... read more
There are no frills but clean and the staff is great
Absolutely awesome I come to Louisiana for work quite often throughout the year and the staff is top-tier cleanness is on point. Any questions or concerns they are Johnny on the spot! Very accommodating highly recommend.
