The front desk people are amazing! Viva is very amazing and caring!! Such phenomenal service
Hotel lobby closes at 11pm. Was unable to check in, and never gotten a refund. Was charged for a booking I didn’t even get to stay in.
The first one was nice, the only thing I lost was my personal keys that had a chain on them. On my second visit, the room was found to be too small and too cozy. On my third visit, I was given an accessible room where I found a concern because the shower head was broken. Fourth visit, I just stayed there one night for sleep. This is a nice hotel. I would come here again.
