The staff day and night are very professional and very accommodating. Special word regarding Ang... a truly lovely person. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I ended up staying a couple weeks and the ladies told me how to get a better rate. Always friendly and Thornton, CO isn't exactly the nicest area , the staff keep everything nice and cleaned up on the property..... I felt safe and attended to at this location. You cant beat the weekly rate for the kitchenette either!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff member working last night was extremely rude and disrespectful toward guests and showed no understanding of basic customer service. Her behavior was unprofessional and made it seem as though guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Because of her attitude, this hotel is losing revenue and damaging its reputation. I truly believe the front desk reflects the overall quality of a hotel, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The lady working the front desk last night was very rude and used abusive language in front of our children, which is completely unacceptable. She also refused to check in a guest who was trying to get a room, without providing a proper explanation, and continued to behave unprofessionally throughout the interaction.
