When we had arrived and checked-in at the front desk, I had to sign a form that included ‘strict’ policies on no smoking, no pets, etc (the common agreements when booking a room) which is no problem for me. This place is despicable 0/0. I arrived on my check in day and no one was in the office. I called the number and nobody answered. I called the number on the booking and nobody answered. I called the parent company Red Roof Inn and nobody answered. I waited around in the middle of the night on a holiday trying to get in and finally had to seek accommodation elsewhere. One of the housecleaners children were invading my persolan space while I was on the balcony about a 1/2 foot away from me on a bicycle. it made me uncomfortable to have someone else's child that close to me so I asked him nicely to move he said no. His parent than came out and I asked them to kindly to asked there child to move away from me. They then said I don't speak English and then invaded my personal space and laughed about it. The manager is very rude she talks to people like there nothing, if you and visit people staying in the motel Jasmine the manager said that you are a trespassing and called the cops. Another thing is big rats coming from the basement.
