ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! BEWARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Roaches were crawling the bed, on the table, all over the kitchen bathroom, and the refrigerator. NO JOKE. We had to take our personal belongings back to the car. Which is where we spent most of our time. We looked for other accommodations within our budget since we had just given our money to HomeTowne for free.I refused to sleep in that room. Very unprofessional environment. Most rooms are infested with roaches and all they will tell you is Oscar will come spray vs accommodating your stay. Jessica gave off an attitude my whole stay here while Deanna was no better.
There were too many roaches and no cups in my room.
Yes I want to appreciate Ms Sherry she works evening shift I been here awhile she has really been helpful everything she does whatever I needs she is respectful and always at the front s desk working wen I come in and she is so amazing I appreciate her a lot and very much thankful y'all have Ms Sherry 3 to 11 shift thanks
The lady was rude and she refused to let us have are room and said that four people in room was to small
