My husband booked this through Priceline. The first room had a puddle of water right inside the door. The front desk person moved us to a different room. She was very nice. The room was gross! After I wiped down and sanitized, and we were putting things away in the fridge, we had to kill roaches behind it! 🤢. I also found dirty towels in the bathroom and requested replacements. Honestly I only gave a 1 star due to not being able to give 0. There was a guy living out and had a baby with him so I wanted to get them a room for the night ,business checking in , the office smelled of marijuana , which I’m not against but not professional for the establishment. There was a few candles lite but did not mask the smell . Me and my family were driving all night and decided to get a room for the night to rest. We seen this place and stayed the night and we regret it! I will tell you right now horrible place to stay! Lady at front desk is so rude and tries to scam you. And for the rooms nothing but bugs! I was scared to sleep in the bed knowing the roaches might crawl on the bed with me, my boyfriend, and our 7 year old. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!
This place doesn't deserve even a star . This place is trash it's the worst hotel I've stayed in there are every bug u can think of there . They try checking out with u if u don't check your things b4 u leave. It's like that movie "Joe's Appartment" literally. It's dirty and management (Diana) is UNPROFESSIONAL.
