I checked into a room with no towels, one pillow. They’re all over the walls. Microwave door won’t close. Went threw the whole well and my bed was never cleaned or made , room was never cleaned had to walk my dirty towels to the front desk and get new ones every day but if it’s past 7 pm you have to pick up a phone and wait about 5-15 mins for the workers to get down to the lobby because they close the office at 7 and I forgot the best part is no pillow sheets so I had to use a shirt, workers are very nice and respectful but... read more

That staff was great; unfortunately, their hands were tied by corporate. Let’s start with the automotive break-ins. I was there for a month. Over the course of that, my car and multiple others were broken into on 3 separate occasions. I heard the lady at the front desk talking to them and heard them refuse her request, for security on-site. Over the 3 separate occasions of break-ins, there were at least 10-15 vehicles that were hit. I counted 5 the first time and 5 the last. Not sure how many the second time. I am at this hotel due to my son being in ICU in nearby hospital. The room was dirty on check in. I scrubbed it with bleach a few times before dried on food came off the floor. Stove was dirty. Room phone does not work. The hotel never has clean towels or toilet paper. No complimentary coffee as was advertised on the First Responder/ Military website I booked through and as advertised on the hotel posters. Elevator broken. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only were the rooms on the brink of destruction, they stole money from me. The incidental hold was supposed to be $100, I was charged $132.74 & it was pushed through on my card. Luckily, I took videos and pictures of how I left the room so they can't claim I trashed the place. Avoid this place unless you want to know what it feels like to stay in a meth house & then spend hours fighting for your bank to overturn them stealing money.
