Host at front desk Caroline was terrible she was not knowledgeable about room and communication skills is terrible. Check room at this location before you pay or get refunded. Beware newcomers
This was horrible we booked a room online and when we got here the people was rushing to leave and literally just left and said to call a number we called the number a million times with no answer or calls back it was stuff everywhere in the room literally and we just stuck with this room I will be taking this higher up like this is crazy we paid for this hotel and didn’t get a refund because we can’t reach anybody so now we have to spend more money on another room photos will be attached stuff just everywhere we can’t even ... read more
Nicole my host is an amazing, very sweet woman. She made me feel very comfortable and I remembered her name! I'd definitely go back there the room was clean and had everything I needed. Very reasonable pricing and close accommodations like Dollar general and a couple food spots
