very nasty rooms. roach infested and probably bed bugs too. i had to be changed into 3 different rooms in one day because i killed over twenty roaches. reported this to management multiple times and tonya was incredibly rude and dismissive. i told her i had bites on my legs. she never handled it or followed up about pest control. the staff also gets argumentative when trying to get maintenance request or clean linens/towels. they washed my towels and then put them back into the same trash bag i brought them in when they were... read more
