I have never had service like this before in my life, no one speaks English, I ask for clean towels and was told that they will have to wash the ones that I have used and bring them back to me. The ( Worst ) service ever please don’t waste your money to come here.

Place was run a ton more professional prior to new manager Jamie starting... imagine that... more professional without a manager! Raven was super helpful when management wouldn't be helpful. Imagine paying for a hotel motel Hollllliday innnnnn and being told you cant have a towel and had to stay awake till midnight for the manager Jamie to wash my dirty towel I was trying to exchange for a clean one, being I was washing my dog that was covered in baby roaches. Illegal Eviction by Chamblee Police. Last time I check Police don’t get involved in civil matters. Jamie the Hotel Manager lied to Police to have me and my family removed from property. No wit was filed. I called the Marshal office to confirm this. I have a recording of the conversation. Also theft of my property and personal valuable. Violation of Federal Law ADA Act, and my Civil Rights. I have records of Jamie the Manager violating my rights to privacy by using her master key and coming into my room at 12:01 am. I booked a room in this hotel 2 month in advance, but they canceled my reservation 2:58pm the day of the check-in due to their overbooking. They did not even call or text me about the cancellation. I ubered all the way to this hotel to find out that they removed my reservation last-minute, and now I need to find another hotel to stay. The receptionist was polite, but the action of this hotel is unexcusible. I would not recommend booking this hotel, and I would never come to this hotel again.
