Dr Lance and Dr Chelsie are THE best! The staff at the front and the techs and assistants are fantastic. I have had nothing but good experiences here. Last week, my dog bandit had a couple days of getting sick and not eating. Hometown got him in the same day i called. They are quick, efficient and very kind. Every single other veterinarian i have had bandit to has always made me muzzle him which made him very anxious of the vet. This is our regular vet for 3 dogs . I love the fact they have a chat line to answer questions. I used this a few weeks ago for advice on one of my dogs whom had an upset stomach . Gave me a simple plan to use for a few days , unfortunately it only lasted a week . I called on a Monday and they seen my boy that afternoon. He’s back on the mend on some meds.

This has been my vet for 10 years since my cat was spayed. I use to praise this clinic and all the staff until recently. My cat was sick and I needed a vet to look at her asap, before we even knew what was going on I was quoted $960. I was short on cash and they would not see her , so I called around to other places and I finally found Capital City Animal that told me to bring her in and we will deal with any type of payment later.
