They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here... read more

They were happy to address every concern I had Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times? Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
