We are in the area for my spouses work. Our dog had an ear infection that wasn't getting better with the medicine I had been using. They got us in the next morning and the staff are amazing. Buddy is back to normal and they are reasonably priced. I will go back if needed and would recommend to a friend.
My experience with this veterinary clinic has been consistently disappointing. Administrative issues were frequent, including an incorrect email address on file, wrong appointment dates, and incomplete medication doses that required an additional trip back to the office. Despite having access to the medical records for all five of my animals, the clinic failed to properly enter or maintain them in their system. Winnie and I love this vet. They were so sweet and kind and told me everything that they were going to do with Winnie for her first appointment. They love Winnie and I heard them talk so good about her.
I was treated with the utmost respect and my sweet pea was taken excellent care of. I have a new vet that I have full confidence in and will tell everyone I know about them. The Staff and Dr. Wast great and got me in right away when I called worried about my baby. If I could give a 100 stars I would!! And the price was fair and affordable. Thank you so much!!
Saved my dog's life! Another vet office that didn't have openings recommended them. They worked her in quickly. They did the tests they needed to do and gave me her medicine at the end of the appointment. They have called everyday since that appointment to check on her status.Everyone was courteous and it was clean and neat.
