Great care… Great service… I always expect a wait time when going for care, but it went pretty smoothly and quickly. I had x rays and they did a great job. I highly recommend and will definitely go back when my doctor can’t get me in.
This was my 1st visit to this facility, and I'm impressed. The staff & atmosphere are welcoming and caring. Melinda, the PA who saw me, was great! She truly listened and put thought into the best treatment route for me. So thankful to have an urgent care of this caliber nearby.
When I went in on Monday, the entire experience was amazing: everyone was polite, it wasn’t busy, I was seen fast. The doctor was so nice and thorough. Fast forward to today: I found out I was allergic to the medication they prescribed and stopped taking it. Asked if there was something else they could prescribe since it’s just a muscle spasm and I’ve taken muscle relaxers before, just never took the one they prescribed… I was told no, they didn’t feel comfortable prescribing anything else. Was nice to be able to walk in and get our DOT physicals! Staff was all very friendly and polite. We have three or four other people who need the DOT physical that will be headed your way soon.!
