Their billing policies are horrendous. They do not follow the insurance agreements that their corporate office contract with and require you to pay your percentage to be see even if you are in 100 % covered care. You are better off going with premier or Wilson health for companies in the area that actually follow the contracts they sign on to with insurance companies. Hometown urgent care is the worst I have ever seen!!!
