Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Completed scheduling and registration for appointment on website for my special needs daughter. Right after work, run home to get her, due to her staying home from school. Get to clinic, for receptionist to say only doing drug screenings and not taking scheduled patients (wasn't a walk-in). Two stars for the lady at the front desk and the lady that took my vitals. No stars for the rude nurse practitioner that rushed me out of there and didn’t really care to listen to me and fake took my vitals. I’m usually really excited to have nurse practitioners over doctors but Crystal Seemed like I was a nuisance and she just wanted to hurry and get me out of there.
**UPDATED 2/19/26 - THEY DID REFUND THE MONEY BILLED, HOWEVER IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE UNTIL I FILED A COMPLAINT W/ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I WILL NOT RETURN. BILLING SCAM!!!! Walked in the door 10/17/25 for my daughter, who got injured at school in gym class. Thought initially, it was a dislocated shoulder. Took about 30min and was evaluated by the doctor, who stated she was concerned about her clavicle. Decided to leave and head to the ER at Euclid Hospital, since it was right down the s... read more
