I went to get a sports physical here and they were just so kind! The doctor was encouraging and sweet. The receptionist made me feel less nervous about being there. Overall an amazing experience.
This is NOT a walk in clinic. We have tried to be seen as a walk in 4 separate times and different times during the day and are told each time they are not accepting walk ins. We have even called ahead and were told on the phone we could be seen as a walk in just to get to the clinic and be turned away because they do not accept walk ins They do appointments for not urgent visits but do not accept walk ins as an urgent care/walk in clinic We are told we do not have to set up an appointment and they are listed as an urgent ca... read more
I brought my 8-year-old son with level 3 autism in with tooth pain. He speaks primarily through an AAC device. I think this is the first time a medical professional has actually listened to HIM communicate his pain In his entire life. They were kind, gentle. Made him feel heard and quick to action. He was so sad and uncomfortable the first half of the day and finally found relief and comfort and was back to his old self by the end of the evening. I would give 1 million stars if I could. Thank you kind people.
