This is my go-to for urgent care. Clean and welcoming waiting room, and prompt, knowledgeable attention by the attending physician. I cant say enough good things about this urgent care facility!
they made me feel heard and like i was actually cared for i was given a diagnosis that the V.A. and kettering hospital havent considered at all and im going on multiple months without a solution to the persistant pain and they have done xray's and ect. have failed to keep me in any loop so thank you to the lady's at this facillity for making me feel heard and understood
ZERO stars. This “clinic” is a complete disgrace. I was the ONLY person there and they still couldn’t get the most basic part of their job done—sending my prescriptions. They told me antibiotics and steroids were being called in, but when I got to the pharmacy, nothing was sent. I called over and over—NO ANSWER. I even drove back and found the doors locked BEFORE closing time.
