I had an awful experience yesterday at this urgent care. When I went in I told them I had been exposed to the flu over the weekend and that I was having severe chest congestion, coughing and wheezing. The Dr asks me if I wanted to be tested for the flu or just given medicine to treat my symptoms. Uh… yea I’d like to be tested. She dint even listen to my chest or lungs! Great staff love goin here if I need to go to the doc
I’ve been to this location a handful of times. I cannot name one pleasant experience. I rarely ever write reviews but I felt the need to speak on how people are treated here. The receptionist is almost always a dark haired bigger women (I don’t know how else to describe her) and I truly believe she hates all people. I’ve not once had her make eye contact with me or my wife and ever actually felt like she’s there to help us. Why she has a job after 2 doctors and 2 nurses I’ve seen have all told me there sorry she’s so unpleas... read more
Horrible place dont care about their patients. Miss diagnosed me and sent me to a pharmacy that didn't take my care source or fill my prescription i needed . Horrible place dont ever go here. Now im 3 days in and have to go to the ER because they didn't do thir job right
