Had a new battery installed within 20 minutes. I had an alignment done within 50 minutes 6 days later . Excellent service!
This place is over priced and not honest with very poor communication. I brought my truck in because my heater went out. They kept my vehicle for 3 days. This only should have taken 30 min to 2 hours total to Diagnose. Initially they told me that it would cost a $180 for the electrical diagnostic. When I went to pick up my vehicle they did not do the electric diagnosis. Also the diagnosis that they had given me for the heater was wrong. Kudos to Hometown. Took my SUV to get it aligned - steering was tilted after another shop (BigO) could not get it done after three attempts. SUV was done and correct within 45 minutes. The manager told me the previous alignment was completely off since they steering was not corrected. They brought the steering back to center - something BigO could not understand how to fix. Thank you. Will be taking all of my vehicles to Hometown from now on.
These guys just earned my future business. Had to inflate trailer tires that Discount Tire mounted but couldn't air/seat them. These guys had it done in 10 minutes. Excellent service and the skills to finish the job. Second trip not so great. Bead leak on rear and front tires out of balance on 4 tire mount and balance. 3 trips to shop and one to fix flat on wife's car. Too time consuming for what should be a simple task. Inconsistent work quality will make me reconsider who mounts the next set.
Always a pleasant time when I visit! They fixed my flat tire today so quickly. I highly recommend to anyone.
