I had a very good experience at Hometown Sheds. From start to finish Brittany was patient with all my questions & did not rush me through the process of ordering. She is detailed, thorough and knowledgable about their products. A nice feature is seeing your shed being built on a computer screen. You can swap out features to see what the end product looks like. I purchased my shed 4/18/26 My experience with Hometown Sheds in Lillington, NC was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this company. I worked directly with Carly, and from start to finish the process was unprofessional, disorganized, and marked by poor communication. Although I offered to schedule our appointment on a weekday, she insisted on meeting on a Saturday. I needed a shed for my chick brooders and hatching setup, and I’m so glad I chose Hometown Sheds. Brittany was incredibly helpful and easy to work with while designing exactly what I needed. She made the whole process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend them and can’t wait for my shed to be finished!

I visited the site a week before purchasing a shed and spoke to the person onsite. I told him I had already decided on a specific shed on the lot and was ready to purchase. He informed me the person who handled sales was not in that week and I would have to come back the following week. When I returned, I learned the shed had been on clearance when I first visited but now was back at full price.
