I had a very good experience at Hometown Sheds. From start to finish Brittany was patient with all my questions & did not rush me through the process of ordering. She is detailed, thorough and knowledgable about their products. A nice feature is seeing your shed being built on a computer screen. You can swap out features to see what the end product looks like. I visited the site a week before purchasing a shed and spoke to the person onsite. I told him I had already decided on a specific shed on the lot and was ready to purchase. He informed me the person who handled sales was not in that week and I would have to come back the following week. When I returned, I learned the shed had been on clearance when I first visited but now was back at full price. There were a lot of options to choose from in terms of size and style, window and door placement, colors and materials, etc. Carly in the Lillington store helped us pick the perfect building for our needs. We are very happy with the service and the building itself.
