Bad service.
I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about this business. I had a leak that 3 other professionals looked at and couldn’t figure out, saying I needed a completely new roof to fix the problem. When I reached out to Hometown via Facebook, they responded quickly; Robert came out as soon as he could to see what the issue could be. Wonderful company and people, when I inquired about a quote for a new roof they immediately drove out and gave me an estimate. Now I don't know anything about roofs but I know their price slashed a quote I was given 5 years ago and was super affordable compared to what I expected it to cost. The weather wasn't kind to this crew but these guys worked from sun up to sun down, it blew my mind how fast they had everything done. From the very start Hometown Roofing was very helpful and explained everything that needed to be done. They help me when the insurance company sent out a third party inspector who reported that I only needed 1/2 my roof replaced. Long story short Hometown Roofing helped me get a full roof replacement. The crew they sent out was awesome. My roof looks awesome. They did and awesome job on cleanup. It was a pleasure to work with Hometown Roofing. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
