We had a home inspector tell us our roof had hail damage. We did not know of any hail since our roof had been replaced. Darrin came out and did an inspection. He said there was not any hail damage and explained why. This could have been an easy sale but honesty and integrity won!!! I have dealt with Darrin before. You won’t find anyone who will work harder or be more honest.
Fred G came out to give me an estimate on relocating a dryer vent located on our roof because I no longer care to scramble up my roof to clean the lint out. After carefully examining its location and going into the attic, Fred convinced me that the vent was probably in the best location after all. He could have easily said "Sure we can move it, where would you like it?" Instead he answered honestly that it was in fact in the best location given the location of our dryer. Darrin was kind enough to come out and check on my roof and gutters after couple weeks of rain to make sure they were all sound. Hometown Roofing is the best roofing company I’ve done business with. We had 2 other top rated companies out to look at our roof as we were having trouble with water. We got hail damage but not enough for an insurance claim. The 2 companies bids were astronomical.. Hometown was the 3rd to look and noticed the brand of shingle we had has a known defect.
