We had our basement finished by hometown. Everything was fine (with the exception of the timeline being wayyyy longer than initially stated) however, we asked for a heated bathroom floor. It didn't work right from the get go, and here we are a YEAR later and it still hasn't been fixed. No communication for months on when they'll be back.
It would be nice if they would return calls or follow through on the job they were going to do. Called multiple times and left multiple messages and they never got back to me.
