Cory was an excellent Broker/Realtor. He was very honest and up front about everything throughout the selling and buying process, that was a huge plus in our book. He got our house sold very quickly and we were able to close on the same day with our new home, that was a huge blessing! We were very happy with him and would definitely recommend Corey for all selling and buying needs!

They were very nice people but their requirements are strict. I’ve only had 1 apartment and the apartment documented some things wrong but I was still denied because I couldn’t prove it and it was from 6 years ago and the unit I applied for had a messed up toilet but was willing to overlook because the rest of the unit was nice. The unit hasn’t had a tenant since early 2025 so I’m guessing everyone just keeps getting denied even for minor things because the rent price they have listed goes fast in this area.
