Channing and Corey were both super nice. Corey made a fair offer on my house. We closed in two weeks and the proceeds from the sale of the house are now in my bank account. Channing gave me flowers and thank you note with a gift card in it. I was surprised and appreciative. It's always a nice bonus when someone goes above and beyond the normal.
