Would not suggest going through the builder they recommend, RC Sullivan construction Please note we had a GREAT experience with Dwayne Tharp our realtor but a terrible experience with the recommend builder. "We had a contract with Ryan Sullivan (owner of RC Sullivan) to build a house. We signed our contract August of 2021 with an expected completed/move in date of Feb 2022.
