Real easy going and nice guy but, the man came over to fix my window. He fixed half of the window the outer pane still with broken screen and glass. I called him back another time, I asked him why he came with a request to fix the window but only did half the job. He stated “you only wanted the inside”. I stated I needed the entire window fixed. My heat went out. The week prior to Thanksgiving. My landlord sent Henry Covington out multiple times to assess and fix but he gave myself and my landlord conflicting information. Every time he called I reached back out to him within the hour and scheduled him to come. Every time he told me he would be there the next day to help resolve the issue and insulate the house. I really love this company. They’re very nice and helpful with whatever you need. They went above and beyond what I expected. I greatly appreciate their wonderful work and will highly recommend them to anyone especially Robin.
