Sherry Lemons double booked my home today for a showing. She even had the call center on the phone for the second appointment and didn't cancel the first one. I have a special needs child. It is not easy for me to leave my house. I find it highly inconsiderate of her not to cancel her first appointment. To top things off, she did not lock my house back once she left. Not happy with this lady. Very unprofessional and very inconsiderate of other people's time and property.
The customer service I received was the absolute worst from Lisa Smith. After not helping me, I found a place on my own. She contacted me two weeks later. I asked her to stop contacting me but she wouldn't and then threatened to call the police when I told her to stop contacting me for the FIFTH time. She said I was harassing her! So sad.
