This is a SCAM. The sales rep talked a good game, but not a single one of the leads worked out, not a single lead answered a phone or responded to a text, for all I know they were just bots. Then when I called in it took forever to get ahold of anyone, even my sales rep didn't respond. The same thing happened to me with the life leads. They lied to me about everything. The leads were shit. I turned in all of them for credit and I was not given credit. I should have got full credit because not one lead I got were interested or had asked for a quote. The took 140 of my money and it's not the money it's the principle. These people give us honest sales professionals a bad name.

Hometown Quotes are scam artist. You will regret using this service. I purchased home leads only but was provided mostly auto and renters leads which are half the price. Some were weeks old and sold to me as if they were new. When I rejected the leads nothing was done until they were about to charge my card again. The replacement leads were also renters and old auto leads. After I cancelled my account the denied all of the rejected leads. It appeared they intended to keep as much of my money as they could. We signed up with Jackie, she went over with us the best times and best products. Upon taking her advice and getting ZERO leads for hours that I won't get back I am rightfully upset. When we called to find out what happened, we were told the time slots were stupid and when we were upset we were lied to we were told we were being verbally abusive (100% NOT TRUE). She then continued to say she was closing our account but keeping our money for at least 7 days. STEER CLEAR of these scam artist.

This is one of the worst lead generation companies I have worked with. I received 20 leads which never fruitated into any closed business. The leads are duplicates, recycled leads or from individuals not looking for insurance at all. This company does not scrub leads as they tell you in the sales pitch. They denied the three refund requests I made for leads that had disconnected numbers, duplicate leads and a lead I had received from a different lead generation company.
