*Deceitful practices* do yourself a favor and find another property management company. These people are crooks and only care about filling the houses and getting PAID. They vouched for a couple who didn’t have the money to move in, and then they never paid rent and we had to evict them. The rental has been destroyed by years of tenants with no property management!
