If I could give no stars that would be more accurate. We get very little attention or service from the HOA. No accountability by the renters in the neighborhood because they are held to different standards because they "cannot receive emails". We pay $135/mo with no pool, common area or anything resembling service. Our lawns are maintained but they are tiny.
