Waste of time. I gave them a listing on a three bedroom 1200 sf apartment in Brooklyn, New York. They requested an exclusive of which I honored. After three months no deals, their excuse was that no one was qualified and they recommended I do not rent to section 8. Now after I posted this review they stated they could’ve gotten the apartment rented to section 8 applicants. As I said waste of time
