This company is one of the worse companies to deal with. When I first moved in things were GREAT! After they had some growth and hired more ppl, unfortunately things went down hill from there. I spent more than 6mo with a leaking water heater and mold growth. The only reason it was fixed is due to a demand letter I had to send from an attorney. Great service, very easy to work with! I've been using Hometown Properties for the last couple of years since I've been serving overseas. The team is always very responsive, professional, and pleasant. Their online portal also makes accessing information easy given the time difference. Highly recommend.
Excellent and professional. They walk you through everything and call you personally when any issues arise. I'm glad they were recommended to me. It ended up being the perfect choice for our first rental property.
